William M. Warren grew up in Arkansas and earned his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University. After graduating from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1969, Mr. Warren went to work as an associate of H. J. Loe, and entered into a partnership with Mr. Loe in 1974. Mr. Warren’s law practice has evolved over the years from a general civil practice to one that focuses primarily on business law, real estate, bankruptcy, and transactional law. Mr. Warren has been a member of the board of directors of a number of corporations.
